I believe without the doctrine of the church; Christians could not possibly exist.
Pastoring is not just weird, pastoring is hard. Statistics show that 85% of seminary graduates who enter ministry will leave ministry in the first 5 years.
Here are 3 reasons why anonymous letters are “useless” and goes straight to the trash pile in ministry settings.
How can we help others grow in spiritual maturity? How can we help our children to be more Christ-like?
Be willing to make mistakes and learn from your mistakes.
How does the Bible inform and help navigate through the mind of a master manipulator? How can we identify and examine whether we are master manipulators?
How are Christians to respond to this entire month of June for being a Pride month? How can we model and emulate Christ amid all that people are going through?
Satan wants to split the church in half like our country is divided in so many areas. Satan wants to do everything in the church to bring division and get Christians off the course!
What do you do when you find “pride” in your pastor? How would you feel when you find out your “lead pastor” is maybe a control freak?
What do you do when the one you love is wayward? How do you go about having gospel conversation with family members?
There is a sense of “fear of man” rather than “fear of God” There is a shrinking fear from those of wealth or position. There is a fear that someone will perhaps offend and drive punishment people away.
Pastoring is challenging in difficult times so embrace the joy of Christ. (1 Thess 5:16,18).
Prayer should be our number one priority in building an intimate relationship with Christ
We are to give Jesus our top priority. I don’t want to ever miss that as a Christian.
Why don’t pastor like to share the pulpit? What are the benefits from having multiple different people speaking from the pulpit up front?
A strong courageous leader must learn to overcome past mistakes and failures in Christ.
We must get serious about reaching people who are far from God. There is a battle going on out there, and the church is losing ground.
How can we withstand the attacks of the enemy for such a time as this? How can we go forward with this as we are being sanctified in the image of Christ?

The shepherd leaders’ job is as John Calvin said it well, “The pastor ought to have two voices: one, for gathering the sheep; and another, for warding off and driving away wolves and thieves. The Scripture supplies him with the means of doing both.”
Dietrich Bonhoeffer puts it this way in his book Life Together, “Those who remain alone with their evil are left utterly alone.”
